Who I help

Most leadership training fades by the following Monday. My work is built so it doesn’t.

I partner with nonprofit and mission-driven organizations that need their leaders — executives, managers, and frontline supervisors — to grow, align, and perform. Over more than ten years across public health, higher education, and the nonprofit sector, I’ve learned that the difference between a forgettable workshop and lasting change is design and facilitation, not content alone.

About

I run the room so the work sticks.

I’m Dr. Raul Antonio Pereles Jr. — a learning and organizational-development leader with an Ed.D in Executive Leadership and more than ten years designing programs across public health, higher education, and nonprofits. I’ve led everything from executive adaptive-leadership work to agency-wide development series reaching hundreds of people.

What I bring isn’t just curriculum — it’s the facilitation that makes development land. I work from a strengths-based foundation, I read each team and each person individually, and I can run a room in English or Spanish, which matters in the organizations I serve most.

And I don’t work alone — Novo Praxis brings together a team of experienced facilitators, so we can support organizations of any size, from a single workshop to a multi-site leadership program.
